One World Travels

Context

One World Travels runs a travel booking platform, live at oneworldtravels.com. The build covers the customer-facing booking flow and the payment system behind it.

The Problem

A travel booking business depends on two things working together: a customer being able to search, choose, and pay for a trip in one flow, and payment actually settling correctly across whatever mix of products is being sold. Building both as one platform, instead of a booking form that hands off to a separate checkout step, was the core of the brief.

Constraints

• Needed one connected flow from browsing to paid booking, rather than a marketing site pointed at a third-party checkout.
• Travel bookings typically span more than one product type in a single order, and all of it needed to run through the same payment path.

What We Built

We built a booking platform that covers search and selection through to payment, so a customer's booking and their payment live in the same system rather than two.
