By accessing our website or contracting our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

2. Software Engineering Services

GarudLabs provides custom software development, mobile application engineering, SaaS platform builds, AI integration, and staff augmentation. All client engagements are governed by specific Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between the client and GarudLabs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agreed fees outlined in your project agreement, GarudLabs assigns to the client full intellectual property (IP) rights and source code ownership for all custom deliverables created during the engagement.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment terms, milestone deliverables, deposit structures, and hourly/retainer rates will be explicitly detailed in each client agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest fees as specified in the applicable SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarudLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or developed software products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably or through binding arbitration.
