How a project actually runs, start to finish
Six steps, from the first call to the point where your project is live and stable. No step here is generic filler; each one is something you'll actually experience on a real engagement with us.
See how this would apply to your project.

Discovery call
You book a free discovery call. We talk through your goals, timeline and budget. No cost, no obligation to move forward.
- 02
Proposal
We typically provide a detailed proposal within 3-5 business days. Before we discuss your project in detail, we sign an NDA.
- 03
Discovery and scoping
Most engagements formally start with a discovery and scoping phase, turning the proposal into a concrete plan the engineering team can build against.
- 04
Sprint-based development
Development runs in sprints with regular demos, so you see working software on a cadence, not a single reveal at the end. You get a dedicated point of contact throughout, and weekly progress reports regardless of project size.
- 05
Code review, testing, and security
Code review, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines run by default on every project. For clients with specific compliance needs (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), we adjust our development practices from day one.
- 06
Launch and support
After launch, we offer maintenance and support retainers covering bug fixes, monitoring, minor feature work and infrastructure management. Most clients move to a lighter-touch retainer once the build is stable.
Communication while a project is running
We structure overlap hours around your working day, typically offering at least 3-4 hours of real-time overlap regardless of region. Daily async updates, recorded demos and a shared project board cover the rest of the day outside that live overlap window.
This applies whether we're running the whole build or working as an extension of your existing team. See our pricing and engagement models for how staff augmentation and dedicated team engagements fit into this same process.
