What it costs to work with us
We run both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements, depending on how well-defined your requirements are. Most projects fall between $15,000 and $200,000 depending on scope. We give you a detailed estimate after a discovery call, and that call is free.

Fixed-Price Project
Best for: A well-defined scope with a clear set of deliverables
- Detailed estimate after a discovery call, before any commitment
- Scope, timeline and cost agreed up front
- Works best when requirements are already reasonably firm
Time & Materials
Best for: Scope that will evolve as the project moves
- Billed against actual engineering time as work progresses
- Weekly progress reports regardless of project size
- Works best when requirements are still being discovered
Dedicated Team / Staff Augmentation
Best for: Ongoing capacity alongside your own team
- Engineers integrate into your existing tools, sprint cadence and communication channels
- Scale team size with 2-4 weeks notice from a bench of pre-vetted engineers
- Common for teams that need sustained capacity rather than a single fixed deliverable
How we quote a project
We never charge for the initial scoping conversation. On that call, we go through what you're building, what's already decided versus still open, and roughly where your project sits in the $15,000-$200,000 range most of our work falls into. After that, we typically provide a detailed proposal within 3-5 business days.
A small landing page with an integrated backend sits at the lower end of that range. A multi-tenant SaaS platform or a marketplace with split payments sits toward the higher end. Where your project lands depends on scope, not on which of the three engagement models above you pick.
What happens after launch
We offer maintenance and support retainers after launch, covering bug fixes, monitoring, minor feature work and infrastructure management. Most clients move to a lighter-touch retainer once the initial build is stable, rather than keeping the full project team on indefinitely.
